6.1 Performance of a Contract
Processing may be necessary to:

- maintaining security;
- enforcing platform rules;
- conducting moderation;

- matched against a user's request; and
- supplied to an AI system to generate a relevant response.
Embeddings are mathematical representations used for information retrieval. They may still relate to the source material and are treated according to this Privacy Policy.
7.3 AI Providers
Lemon may use third-party AI, embedding, transcription, storage, or cloud providers.
Those providers may process information on Lemon's behalf according to contractual and technical arrangements.
The specific providers may change as the Service develops.
7.4 Service Improvement
Lemon may use:
- feedback;
- error reports;
- safety signals;
- aggregated usage patterns; and
- de-identified information
to evaluate and improve the Service.
Lemon will not use private Space content to train a general-purpose public AI model for unrelated customers unless that use is separately disclosed and any legally required permission or consent is obtained.
7.5 Accuracy and Human Review
AI systems may produce incorrect, incomplete, or unexpected results.
Automated systems may assist with safety, retrieval, fraud detection, and moderation.
Authorized personnel may review relevant content when reasonably necessary for:
- support;
- debugging;
- safety;
- moderation;
- fraud prevention;
- legal compliance; or
- investigating a report.
8. Anonymous Community Participation
Certain Expert Spaces may allow Members to publish posts or comments anonymously.
8.1 What Anonymous Means
When anonymous posting is enabled:
- other Members will not normally see the author's identity;
- the Expert or Space Owner will not normally see the author's identity;
- the content may display an anonymous label or anonymous profile; and
- the author's public profile will not normally be attached to the post or comment.
8.2 Anonymous Does Not Mean Anonymous to Lemon
Anonymous activity remains technically associated with the underlying Lemon account.
Lemon may access that association when reasonably necessary to:
- investigate abuse;
- review a moderation report;
- enforce the Terms of Use;
- prevent fraud;
- protect users;
- respond to a security issue;
- comply with law; or
- resolve serious misuse of anonymous features.
8.3 Reports From Experts or Members
If an Expert or Member reports that an anonymous user is acting improperly, Lemon may:
- review the reported content;
- identify the underlying account;
- review relevant activity;
- contact the user;
- issue a warning;
- remove content;
- restrict anonymous posting;
- suspend or terminate an account; or
- take other proportionate action.
Lemon may inform the reporting Expert or Member about the outcome or action taken.
8.4 Disclosure of Identity to a Space Owner
Lemon will not automatically reveal the identity of an anonymous author merely because an Expert requests it.
Lemon may disclose identity or related account information to a Space Owner only where Lemon reasonably determines that disclosure is:
- necessary and proportionate to investigate or address serious abuse;
- required to protect users or the integrity of the Space;
- required to enforce the Terms of Use;
- permitted or required by applicable law; or
- otherwise supported by an appropriate legal basis.
Where practical, Lemon may resolve the matter or communicate its findings without revealing the anonymous user's identity.
Lemon may disclose information to law-enforcement agencies, regulators, courts, or other authorities where legally required or reasonably necessary to address a serious and lawful request.
8.5 Limits of Anonymity
Anonymous users should not include identifying details in their own content if they do not want other Members to recognize them.
Lemon cannot guarantee that other people will not infer an author's identity from:
- the content of a post;
- writing style;
- timing;
- facts voluntarily disclosed;
- screenshots;
- media; or
- other contextual information.
Space Owners and Members may not attempt to unlawfully identify, threaten, retaliate against, or harass anonymous users.
9. Community and Space Visibility
An Expert Space may be private, restricted, trial-based, members-only, or paid.
Depending on Space settings, other Members or the Expert may be able to view:
- display name;
- profile image;
- biography;
- posts;
- comments;
- reactions;
- course participation;
- shared progress;
- community role; and
- other content intentionally shared within the Space.
Non-anonymous community content will normally be linked to the user's profile or display name.
A private Space is not necessarily confidential in the legal or professional sense.
Other Members may copy, save, quote, photograph, or share content despite platform rules. Users should avoid posting information they would not want another Member to retain.
Experts may moderate content inside their Spaces, subject to Lemon's platform-level rules and this Privacy Policy.
10. Progress Timeline and Derived Information
The Service may create or update a Progress Timeline using information from:
- AI conversations;
- completed tasks;
- course activity;

- other interactions inside a Space.
AI systems may identify or suggest:
- milestones;
- completed actions;
- reported wins;
- areas of improvement;
- next steps;
- recurring challenges; or
- other progress-related information.
These entries may be generated automatically and may not always be complete or correct.
Depending on the Space and program settings:
- the Member may view their progress;
- the relevant Expert may view progress connected to their Member relationship;
- Lemon may access progress information for support, safety, or platform operation; and
- authorized systems may use progress information to personalize relevant features.
Members may contact Lemon or the relevant Expert to request correction of inaccurate progress information, subject to applicable law and technical limitations.
11. Payments and Financial Information
Payments may be processed through third-party payment providers.
A payment provider may collect:

Payment providers process information under their own terms and privacy notices.
Where payments involve Experts, connected accounts, payouts, or revenue sharing, information may be shared among Lemon, the payment provider, the relevant Expert, and other parties needed to complete the transaction and satisfy legal obligations.
12. Cookies, Sessions, and Similar Technologies
The Service may use cookies, local storage, session identifiers, pixels, logs, and similar technologies.
These technologies may be used to:
- keep users signed in;
- remember preferences;
- maintain sessions;
- secure accounts;
- prevent fraud;
- understand basic usage;

- measure performance; and
- support analytics where enabled.
Some cookies or technologies are necessary for the Service to function.
Optional analytics or marketing technologies will be used in accordance with applicable notice and consent requirements.
Users may control certain cookies through browser settings, but disabling necessary technologies may cause parts of the Service to stop working.

Lemon may use providers located in Israel and other countries.
As a result, personal information may be processed in countries whose privacy laws differ from those of the user's location.
Where required, Lemon will use appropriate measures intended to protect transferred information, which may include:
- contractual safeguards;
- data-processing agreements;
- provider security reviews;
- transfer mechanisms recognized by applicable law; and
- limits on provider access and use.
No method of international transfer or electronic storage can provide absolute security.
Users may contact Lemon for additional information about relevant categories of providers and safeguards.

- maintain an account or Space;
- fulfill the purposes described in this Privacy Policy;
- preserve security and moderation records;
- resolve disputes;
- enforce agreements;

Depending on the Service and stage of development, safeguards may include:

If Lemon learns that personal information was collected from a minor without appropriate authorization, Lemon may:
- restrict the account;
- request consent or verification;
- remove the information; or
- take other appropriate action.
A parent or guardian who believes a minor has used the Service without authorization may contact: shahar@lemonaccelerator.com
