These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern access to and use of the Lemon Accelerator website, application, Expert Spaces, artificial intelligence features, communities, content tools, and related services (collectively, the “Service”).
The Service is operated by Shahar Givertz Inon, an Israeli sole proprietor trading as Lemon Accelerator (“Lemon Accelerator,” “Lemon,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).

By accessing or using the Service, creating an account, creating or joining an Expert Space, or otherwise indicating your agreement, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy.
If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not use the Service.
1. The Service
Lemon Accelerator is a software platform designed to help expert-led businesses create private, branded digital environments known as “Expert Spaces.”
Depending on the features made available, an Expert Space may include:
- AI-powered expert assistants;
- course tutors;
- practice simulators;
- media review tools;
- courses and digital resources;
- private communities;
- client progress timelines;
- tasks and follow-up tools;
- free, trial, members-only, or paid access; and
- other tools intended to support an expert’s client journey.
Certain features may be introduced, modified, limited, tested, or discontinued over time.
The Service may initially be offered as a pilot, beta, preview, limited-release, or early-access product. Pilot and beta features may be incomplete, unavailable, or subject to material change.
2. User Roles
The Service may be used by different types of users.
2.1 Experts and Space Owners
An “Expert” or “Space Owner” is a person or organization that creates, manages, operates, or provides content, products, services, AI experiences, programs, or communities through an Expert Space.
2.2 Members and Clients
A “Member” or “Client” is a person who accesses or participates in an Expert Space, including as a customer, student, subscriber, participant, community member, or trial user.
2.3 Lemon Accelerator’s Role
Lemon provides the technology and infrastructure used to create and operate Expert Spaces.
Unless expressly stated otherwise at checkout or in additional written terms:
- Lemon is not the employer, partner, representative, agent, professional supervisor, or business partner of an Expert;
- Lemon does not create or endorse the Expert’s methodology, professional opinions, services, claims, or products;
- the Expert is responsible for the content, products, pricing, delivery, client relationship, and professional services offered through their Space; and
- Lemon does not guarantee an Expert’s qualifications, results, availability, accuracy, or suitability for a particular Member.
3. Eligibility
The Service is currently intended for users who are at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into a binding agreement.
A person under 18 may only use the Service where Lemon has expressly approved such access as part of an institutional, educational, organizational, or guardian-managed program and any required parental or guardian consent has been obtained.
You may not use the Service if:
- you are legally prohibited from doing so;
- your previous account was suspended or terminated for a serious violation;
- you provide false identity or registration information; or
- your use would violate applicable sanctions, trade restrictions, or other laws.
4. Accounts and Security
You must provide accurate, current, and complete information when creating or maintaining an account.
You are responsible for:
- maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials;
- activity performed through your account;
- using secure passwords and authentication methods;
- promptly notifying Lemon of suspected unauthorized access; and
- ensuring that anyone using an account on your behalf is authorized to do so.
You may not:
- impersonate another person or organization;
- create accounts using false or misleading information;
- share access in a way that circumvents account, membership, or payment limits;
- sell or transfer an account without Lemon’s written permission; or
- access another person’s account without authorization.
5. Expert Responsibilities
Experts are responsible for the Spaces they operate and for their relationships with Members.
Each Expert must:
- accurately describe their identity, experience, qualifications, methodology, products, and services;
- obtain and maintain any licence, certification, registration, insurance, permit, or professional authorization required for their activities;
- clearly explain what Members will receive;
- clearly disclose prices, recurring charges, trial periods, renewal terms, cancellation conditions, and material limitations;
- deliver paid products, content, access, and services substantially as described;
- maintain reasonable support and complaint-handling processes;
- use Member information only for lawful and disclosed purposes;
- obtain all required permissions for material uploaded to the Service;
- ensure that their content and activities comply with applicable laws; and
- ensure that their own terms, policies, and community guidelines do not conflict with these Terms.
Lemon may require an Expert to provide further information regarding their identity, business, qualifications, content, business model, payment activity, refund practices, or Member complaints.
6. Viewpoint and Methodology Neutrality
Lemon is designed to support different experts, philosophies, professional approaches, teaching methods, and points of view.
Lemon does not determine which lawful professional philosophy, worldview, teaching style, personal opinion, or methodology is correct.
Experts in the same field may hold different or conflicting views. Lawful disagreement, controversy, criticism, or conflict between methodologies is not by itself a violation of these Terms.
Lemon will not normally remove content solely because:
- Lemon disagrees with it;
- another Expert uses a different methodology;
- a lawful opinion is unpopular or controversial; or
- a user finds the content personally objectionable.
However, viewpoint neutrality does not prevent Lemon from enforcing standards relating to:
- legality;
- safety;
- coercion or exploitation;
- the rights of others;
- fraud or deception;
- commercial integrity;
- platform security;
- payment-provider requirements; or
- material risks to users or the Service.
Lemon is neutral between lawful methodologies. Lemon is not neutral toward illegal conduct, exploitation, fraud, coercion, or serious harm.
7. Safety and Legal Compliance
Users may not use the Service to create, upload, distribute, promote, facilitate, request, or encourage content or conduct that:
- violates applicable law or assists others in violating the law;
- promotes, facilitates, or provides operational guidance for criminal activity;
- encourages violence, coercion, intimidation, abuse, exploitation, or non-consensual conduct;
- sexually exploits or endangers minors;
- constitutes targeted harassment, credible threats, stalking, or unlawful discrimination;
- exposes another person’s private or identifying information without lawful authority;
- facilitates fraud, theft, impersonation, money laundering, or deceptive financial activity;
- infringes copyright, trademarks, privacy, publicity, confidentiality, or other legal rights;
- involves malware, unauthorized access, security attacks, credential theft, or circumvention of technical safeguards;
- unlawfully sells, promotes, or facilitates restricted goods or services;
- provides regulated professional services without required qualifications or authorization;
- presents dangerous, misleading, or unqualified medical, financial, legal, psychological, or other professional guidance as guaranteed or universally appropriate;
- attempts to override, disable, evade, or manipulate Lemon’s safety systems;
- materially interferes with the operation or security of the Service; or
- otherwise creates a serious and unreasonable risk to users, third parties, or the platform.
Experts may not configure an AI agent, system prompt, knowledge base, workflow, or instruction set to bypass Lemon’s mandatory safety rules.
Lemon’s platform-level safety rules take priority over an Expert’s instructions, methodology, prompts, or preferences.
8. Commercial Integrity and Fair Treatment
Experts must treat Members honestly and fairly.
The following practices are prohibited:
- selling a course, membership, program, or product that materially lacks the content or access advertised;
- intentionally misrepresenting qualifications, experience, results, affiliations, or credentials;
- using fake testimonials, reviews, case studies, engagement, or performance statistics;
- promising guaranteed financial, medical, relationship, career, fitness, educational, or other outcomes;
- hiding material limitations, recurring charges, renewal terms, or cancellation conditions;
- charging a user without authorization;
- intentionally making cancellation unreasonably difficult;
- falsely creating urgency, scarcity, or availability;
- using misleading before-and-after claims;
- impersonating another expert, creator, organization, or professional;
- repeatedly failing to deliver paid access or services;
- using Member information for undisclosed or unauthorized purposes;
- operating pyramid, deceptive referral, or fraudulent investment arrangements; or
- engaging in a repeated pattern of substantiated complaints, non-delivery, or unfair treatment.
Lemon may request evidence that an Expert has provided the product, access, content, or services promised to Members.
Lemon may suspend sales, access, payouts, or a Space while investigating credible allegations of fraud, misrepresentation, unauthorized charges, or material non-delivery.
9. AI Features
The Service may use artificial intelligence, machine learning, retrieval systems, embeddings, automated classification, or third-party AI providers to generate responses, feedback, simulations, summaries, recommendations, or other output (“AI Output”).
9.1 AI Output May Be Incorrect
AI Output may:
- contain errors;
- omit relevant information;
- misunderstand a user’s situation;
- produce incomplete or outdated information;
- fail to reflect the Expert’s intended methodology;
- generate similar responses for different users; or
- include information that requires independent verification.
Neither Lemon nor an Expert guarantees that AI Output will always be accurate, complete, unique, safe, current, or suitable for a particular purpose.
9.2 Not a Substitute for Professional Judgment
AI Output is provided for informational, educational, support, or practice purposes unless expressly stated otherwise.
It must not be treated as a substitute for qualified professional advice, diagnosis, emergency assistance, or independent judgment.
Users are responsible for evaluating AI Output before acting on it.
9.3 Expert Responsibility
Experts are responsible for:
- selecting and reviewing the content used in their knowledge bases;
- configuring their AI experiences;
- ensuring they have the right to use uploaded material;
- reviewing whether their AI experiences reasonably represent their method;
- correcting known material inaccuracies; and
- ensuring that their use of AI complies with professional and legal obligations.
9.4 User Responsibility
Users must not rely solely on AI Output for high-risk, regulated, emergency, or irreversible decisions.
Users are responsible for the information they submit and for decisions made based on AI Output.
9.5 Safety Rules
Experts and Members may not disable or override platform-level safety controls.
Lemon may block, limit, refuse, modify, or review requests and outputs when reasonably necessary to enforce these Terms.
10. Knowledge Bases and Content Review
Experts may upload or connect documents, recordings, videos, transcripts, webpages, instructions, courses, frameworks, and other material to support AI experiences and other Space features.
Lemon may use automated tools, safety classifiers, sampling, or human review to:
- detect suspected violations;
- investigate complaints;
- protect users;
- maintain platform integrity;
- comply with law;
- respond to payment, hosting, or infrastructure provider requirements;
- improve safety systems; and
- verify that content is reasonably consistent with the description of a Space.
Lemon is not required to manually review every file, message, AI response, Space, or knowledge-base item before it becomes available.
The absence of prior review does not mean that Lemon approves, endorses, or verifies the content.
Lemon may temporarily restrict access to content or a Space while a review is ongoing.
Where reasonably practical and legally permitted, Lemon may notify the affected user of a moderation decision and provide an opportunity to submit relevant information or request reconsideration.
Lemon may take immediate action without prior notice where it reasonably believes there is:
- an urgent safety risk;
- suspected fraud;
- illegal activity;
- exploitation;
- a serious security incident;
- an imminent risk to users; or
- a legal or regulatory requirement.
11. Reporting Content and Conduct
Users may report suspected:
- unlawful content;
- unsafe conduct;
- harassment or exploitation;
- fraud or misleading claims;
- non-delivery of paid services;
- intellectual-property infringement;
- privacy violations;
- impersonation; or
- other violations of these Terms.
Reports may be submitted to:
Reports should include sufficient information for Lemon to identify and assess the issue.
Submitting a report does not guarantee a particular outcome. Lemon may consider the available evidence, seriousness, frequency, context, applicable law, prior conduct, and risk to users.
Knowingly submitting false or abusive reports may itself violate these Terms.
12. User Content and Ownership
“User Content” includes text, documents, images, audio, video, messages, comments, course material, knowledge-base material, branding, prompts, instructions, community posts, feedback, and other content submitted to the Service.
As between Lemon and the user, users retain ownership of their intellectual-property rights in their User Content.
Lemon does not claim ownership of an Expert’s methodology, brand, original course material, or knowledge.
By submitting User Content, you grant Lemon a limited, non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to:
- host;
- store;
- copy;
- format;
- convert;
- transcribe;
- index;
- chunk;
- embed;
- retrieve;
- transmit;
- display;
- technically modify; and
- otherwise process
that User Content as reasonably necessary to operate, maintain, secure, troubleshoot, support, and provide the Service.
This licence lasts for as long as necessary to provide the Service and meet legal, security, backup, dispute, and compliance obligations.
Processing by third-party service providers is governed by our Privacy Policy and applicable provider terms.
You represent that:
- you own the User Content or have all necessary rights and permissions;
- the User Content does not violate another person’s rights;
- you have obtained any required consent from people identifiable in uploaded material; and
- submitting the User Content does not violate confidentiality or professional obligations.
13. Member Submissions
Members may be able to submit messages, screenshots, recordings, documents, assignments, videos, community posts, or other material to an Expert Space.
Members remain responsible for their submissions.
Members must not submit:
- confidential information they are not authorized to disclose;
- personal information about another person without permission;
- recordings created unlawfully;
- copyrighted content without permission;
- sensitive information that is unnecessary for the requested service; or
- material that violates these Terms.
An Expert may access Member submissions made within that Expert’s Space where necessary to provide the relevant experience, service, feedback, support, or program.
14. Platform and Intellectual Property
The Service, including its software, design, interfaces, workflows, platform branding, databases, code, and original platform materials, is owned by Lemon or its licensors.
Subject to these Terms, Lemon grants users a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to access and use the Service for its intended purpose.
Users may not:
- copy, reproduce, resell, lease, or sublicense the Service;
- reverse engineer or attempt to obtain the source code;
- use the Service to build a competing product through unauthorized copying;
- remove proprietary notices;
- scrape or extract data at scale without permission;
- use automated systems in a way that creates unreasonable load;
- bypass access or payment restrictions; or
- use Lemon’s branding in a misleading manner.
Suggestions and feedback submitted to Lemon may be used to improve the Service without payment or restriction, provided Lemon does not publicly identify the person who submitted the feedback without permission.
15. Payments, Memberships, and Subscriptions
Payment functionality may be provided through third-party payment processors.
Where payment features are available:
- prices and billing terms will be shown before purchase;
- third-party processor terms may also apply;
- users must provide accurate payment information;
- users authorize the disclosed charges;
- recurring subscriptions may renew automatically where clearly disclosed at checkout;
- cancellation will take effect according to the checkout terms, applicable plan, and mandatory law; and
- taxes may apply depending on the transaction and user location.
Unless checkout or additional terms expressly state that Lemon is the seller or merchant of record, the relevant Expert is responsible for:
- the product or service being sold;
- its description;
- its delivery;
- client support;
- Expert-specific refund commitments; and
- compliance with consumer laws applying to the Expert’s offer.
Lemon may provide technical payment infrastructure without becoming the provider of the Expert’s professional service.
If the Service later enables connected accounts, revenue sharing, payouts, marketplace transactions, or split payments, additional payment and marketplace terms may apply.
Experts may be required to complete identity, business, tax, banking, sanctions, or compliance verification before receiving payments.
Lemon does not guarantee that a payment provider will approve any Expert, transaction, country, product, or business model.
16. Cancellations and Refunds
Refund and cancellation rights may depend on:
- the Expert’s disclosed policy;
- the type of product or service;
- the terms shown at checkout;
- whether access has already been delivered;
- the user’s location; and
- applicable consumer law.
Nothing in these Terms limits a non-waivable consumer right.
Experts may not use a refund policy to avoid legal obligations or to retain payment for a product that was materially not delivered as described.
Lemon may, but is not required to, assist in resolving payment disputes between Experts and Members.
Where Lemon is not the seller or merchant of record, Lemon’s involvement does not make Lemon responsible for the Expert’s underlying product or service.
17. Third-Party Services
The Service may depend on or integrate with third-party providers, including:
- hosting services;
- cloud infrastructure;
- AI-model providers;
- payment processors;
- authentication services;
- email providers;
- analytics services;
- file-storage services;
- transcription providers; and
- external links or integrations.
Third-party services may have their own terms and privacy practices.
Lemon does not control and is not responsible for the availability, accuracy, security, policies, or conduct of third-party services.
Lemon may change, replace, restrict, or discontinue integrations when necessary.
18. Privacy
Our collection and use of personal information is described in the Lemon Accelerator Privacy Policy.
By using the Service, you acknowledge that information may be processed:
- to provide the Service;
- to operate AI features;
- to maintain accounts;
- to prevent abuse and fraud;
- to provide support;
- to investigate reports;
- to comply with law; and
- through authorized service providers.
Experts who independently collect or use Member information may be required to provide their own privacy notices and comply with applicable privacy law.
19. Service Availability and Changes
Lemon does not guarantee that the Service will always be available, uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or compatible with every device or integration.
Lemon may:
- add, modify, restrict, suspend, or discontinue features;
- impose usage or storage limits;
- perform maintenance;
- change technical providers;
- correct errors;
- update safety systems; and
- make changes required by law, security needs, payment providers, or third-party infrastructure.
Where reasonably practical, Lemon will try to provide notice before discontinuing a material paid feature.
Pilot, beta, trial, and free features may be modified or withdrawn without prior notice.
20. Suspension and Termination
Users may stop using the Service at any time.
Lemon may restrict, suspend, or terminate an account, Space, feature, content item, payment capability, or access where Lemon reasonably believes that:
- these Terms have been violated;
- a user presents a safety, fraud, security, or legal risk;
- payment or identity verification has failed;
- an account has been used deceptively;
- an Expert has materially failed to deliver what was sold;
- a third-party provider requires action;
- continued access could harm users or the Service; or
- Lemon is legally required to act.
The action taken may depend on the seriousness, frequency, history, context, and risk of the conduct.
Lemon may use measures including:
- warning;
- content restriction;
- temporary suspension;
- removal of content;
- limitation of AI functions;
- suspension of sales;
- delayed payouts where lawfully permitted;
- account termination; or
- referral to relevant authorities where required.
Termination does not eliminate payment, refund, liability, intellectual-property, confidentiality, or legal obligations that arose before termination.
21. Disclaimers
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis.
Lemon does not guarantee:
- uninterrupted or error-free operation;
- any particular business, financial, professional, educational, health, relationship, career, or personal result;
- that an Expert or Member will achieve a particular outcome;
- that AI Output will be accurate or suitable;
- that every violation will be detected or removed;
- that every Expert’s credentials or claims have been independently verified;
- continued availability of any third-party service; or
- that the Service will meet every user’s individual requirements.
Experts are independent providers responsible for their own content, claims, products, services, and Member relationships.
Members are responsible for determining whether an Expert, product, Space, methodology, or AI experience is suitable for them.
Nothing in the Service creates a doctor-patient, lawyer-client, financial-adviser, therapist-client, fiduciary, employment, partnership, or similar professional relationship with Lemon.
22. Limitation of Liability
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot legally be excluded or limited.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Lemon and its officers, employees, contractors, affiliates, and service providers will not be liable for:
- indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages;
- lost profits, revenue, opportunity, business, goodwill, or data;
- actions taken in reliance on AI Output;
- an Expert’s content, services, claims, or conduct;
- a Member’s submissions or conduct;
- third-party services;
- unauthorized account access caused by a user’s failure to secure credentials; or
- suspension or removal reasonably undertaken under these Terms.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Lemon’s total aggregate liability arising from the Service will not exceed the greater of:
- the amount the claimant paid directly to Lemon during the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim; or
- ₪100.
This limitation does not apply where prohibited by mandatory law.
23. Expert Indemnification
To the fullest extent permitted by law, an Expert agrees to indemnify and hold Lemon harmless from third-party claims, liabilities, losses, and reasonable legal costs arising from:
- the Expert’s content, products, services, advertising, or methodology;
- the Expert’s breach of these Terms;
- misleading claims or non-delivery;
- violation of law;
- infringement of third-party rights;
- misuse of Member information;
- the Expert’s professional conduct; or
- disputes between the Expert and Members,
except to the extent caused by Lemon’s own unlawful conduct, gross negligence, or wilful misconduct.
24. Electronic Communications
By using the Service, you agree that Lemon may send operational, legal, account, security, billing, and service-related communications electronically.
Marketing communications will be sent in accordance with applicable law and available consent or opt-out requirements.
Electronic notices may satisfy legal requirements that communications be in writing, to the extent permitted by law.
25. Changes to These Terms
Lemon may update these Terms to reflect:
- changes to the Service;
- new features;
- legal or regulatory requirements;
- safety or security developments;
- payment functionality; or
- business-model changes.
The updated Terms will display a revised effective date.
Where changes are material, Lemon may provide additional notice through the Service or by email.
Continued use after the effective date of updated Terms constitutes acceptance where permitted by law.
Where legally required, Lemon will request renewed consent.
26. Governing Law and Disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Israel, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
Subject to mandatory consumer rights and legally required jurisdiction rules, disputes relating to these Terms or the Service will be submitted to the competent courts located in the Tel Aviv–Jaffa District, Israel.
Before commencing formal proceedings, the parties are encouraged to contact one another and attempt to resolve the dispute in good faith.
Nothing in this section limits any non-waivable right to approach a competent authority or court.
27. General Provisions
27.1 No Partnership
These Terms do not create a partnership, employment relationship, franchise, fiduciary relationship, or joint venture between Lemon and any Expert or Member.
27.2 Assignment
Users may not transfer their rights or obligations under these Terms without Lemon’s written consent.
Lemon may transfer its rights and obligations as part of a restructuring, financing, merger, acquisition, sale of assets, or transfer of the Service.
27.3 Severability
If any provision is held invalid or unenforceable, it will be limited or modified to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions will continue in effect.
27.4 No Waiver
Failure to enforce a provision does not waive the right to enforce it later.
27.5 Entire Agreement
These Terms, the Privacy Policy, checkout terms, and any additional policies expressly incorporated by reference form the agreement governing use of the Service.
Additional Expert, payment, marketplace, institutional, or product-specific terms may apply to particular features.
